Description
Masses of large glossy red buds in mid Winter are followed by an abundance of dark pink flowers in early Spring. These waxy blooms flower for an extended period complimented by a backdrop of fresh, green fine foliage creating a wonderful display.
A rounded shrub with waxy flowers growing to approximately 2m high and 1.5m wide. Prefers an open sunny or partly shaded position and grows in a wide range of free-draining soils. Tolerant of hot dry conditions and has a low water requirement once established.
